Machinists Inc. quality management system maintains independent 3rd party registration and certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. We also demonstrate compliance with NQA-1 (Nuclear Facility Applications) on a contractual basis through extensive customer audits.

Our QA inspectors are often assigned to work directly with customers in the development of robust and repeatable inspection methods. The result provides consistent, meaningful QA data output, to meet our customer’s needs.

Non-Destructive Testing

Magnetic Particle and Dye Penetrant Inspections are done in-house by inspectors certified by our Level III thru an NAS410 and ASNT TC1A system.
